Additionally, Construction Loan Officer structures construction loan terms and conditions according to policies. Approves loans within authorized limits or refers them to a loan committee for approval. May disburse loan proceeds at designated project mile. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Construction Loan Officer occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. The superintendent will be responsible for overseeing, managing, and documenting all day-to-day job site activities, including daily communicating issues, events, performance, problems, and progress to the Project Manager and facilitating the most cost-effective solutions to situations that may arise. Applicants selected may be subject to a government security investigation and meet eligibility requirements for access to military installations.Qualifications & Responsibilities:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction with at least 7 of those years as a superintendent on projects similar in size and complexity in all phases of heavy commercial construction experience.
- Primarily responsible for managing subcontractors and coordinating day-to-day production and schedule adherence on the project.
- Must be on-site at all times during the performance of the assigned projects until the work is completed and accepted.
- Must have experience in hazard identification and safety compliance.
- Must be capable of interpreting a critical path schedule and construction drawings.
- Skills: Computer literate with Microsoft Office Suite software, ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing, problem solve, supervise, organize, blueprint reading, and schedule knowledge.
- Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to military installations.
- The ability to travel with possible short-term relocation, as required.
