The HR Director will lead the HR department in all efforts for the facility including recruiting physicians, nurses, etc. within the facility standards. Under the direction of the CEO, the Director may be in place of Administrative overseer in hospital committee. This includes the Patient Safety Team, Quality Improvement, and HIPAA. HR planning, training, and leadership goals are developed by the Director themselves.
