Job Description

Heights Fitness Maintenance position performs a variety of maintenance duties relating to repairing gym equipment, cleaning, painting, plumbing, carpentry, and electrical.

Task and Responsibilities

• Perform basic plumbing, simple electrical, carpentry, tiling, flooring and miscellaneous repairs
• Performs a variety of preventative maintenance routines
• Provide on-call and after hours coverage in case of emergencies
• Follow all safety guidelines, including procedure for reporting work related accidents
• Demonstrates respect, cooperation, consideration and tact in dealing with peers, and supervisors
• Perform any additional duties as deemed necessary
• Complete work assigned to other locations within the heights fitness network of properties to perform maintenance related duties both indoors and/or outdoors

Requirements

• Valid Motor Vehicle License with an acceptable driving record in accordance with the insurance carrier
• Has exceptional mechanical aptitude
• Low voltage electrical knowledge
• Proficiency in use of electrical and hand tools
• 3-5 years of experience in maintenance related field
• Must be legally permitted to work in the United States and successfully pass any and all requisite

Schedule and Compensation

• Full Time - 40 Hours a week
• One Weekend Day is required
• Starting Base Pay $35 per hour

Additional Details

• You will be on a probationary period for 3 months while we evaluate if you are the right fit for the position.
• This position requires you to travel to all our gym locations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $35.00 per hour
