Summary of Role:
In this role, you will plan, lead, direct, develop, and coordinate the policies, activities, benefit plans and staff of Sustineo Construction, leading the Human Resources department. The HR Director ensures legal compliance and implementation of Sustineo’s mission and talent strategy. Responsibilities include overseeing HRIS systems and reporting, leading compliance and labor law directives, handling employee relations, ensuring compliance with changing regulations, assessing staffing needs, hiring, onboarding and terminating staff, designing training programs, and developing compensation plans. You would possess a high work ethic, excellent communication skills, knowledge of labor regulations and HR practices, strategic thinking abilities, strong organization skills, and excellent interpersonal skills.

In compliance with all states and cities that require transparency of pay, the base compensation for this position ranges from $96,000-$110,000 annually and includes a total benefits package. Salary and benefits package determined based on skills, work experience and certifications.
