Program Management and Construction Management Service at Archway Recovery Services (ARS) Expansion East Tabor, Fairfield, CA.
The Archway Recovery Services BHCIP expansion project creates a 62 bed adult substance use disorder treatment facility in Fairfield, in Solano County. The project creates a 16,900 square feet, two story residential treatment facility for men diagnosed with substance use disorder.
The first floor will include a central courtyard, staff and medical support offices, dining, and a 10-bed withdrawal management unit. It also includes an Intake administration office, an intake processing room, and family counseling lounge, and a conference room.
The second floor includes dorm rooms that will sleep from two up to four individuals, a lounge area for residents, four individual counseling rooms, two group treatment rooms, a communal shower/bathroom, and a private shower room for residents who may be be gender fluid and who would feel more comfortable with greater privacy.
The purpose of the courtyard is to fill the space with natural light, conveying hope. It includes an exercise room to allow clients to experience health and fitness as a prosocial aid to recovery and as a healthy alternative to substance use.
A medical office allows our medical team to provide physicals and medical support (including Medication Assisted Treatment) onsite. The grounds will provide ample space for healing as well. It will be a fenced facility to secure client confidentiality.
The landscaping will include drought tolerate plants and grounds for walking in the out of doors while remaining safe in a structured environment that supports a good foundation for recovery.
The project includes the installation of solar panels to support the sustainability of the program by limiti ng the cost of electricity and contributing to Californias Green Economy.
