Construction Management Director oversees construction projects and operations to meet the organization's financial and growth objectives and fulfill client contractual requirements. Develops and implements quality, performance, and safety standards and procedures for operations. Being a Construction Management Director reviews and approves procurement of required material, equipment, subcontractors, and worker resources. Provides project updates and communicates with clients, contractors, governmental or regulatory officials, and other stakeholders. Additionally, Construction Management Director builds effective team capacity to plan and implement construction projects. Ensures all permits, licenses, or certifications required by regulatory authorities are obtained. Establishes and enforces safety protocols and procedures to provide safe job sites and minimize risk. Monitors costs and timelines and submits required progress reports to deliver projects on time and within budget. Implements best practice construction methods to improve efficiency, productivity, and project outcomes. Requires a bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field. Typically reports to senior management. The Construction Management Director typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. To be a Construction Management Director typically requires 3+ years of managerial experience.     We have an immediate opening for an experienced Director of Relationship Management in our Waco office to represent STRATA and our bedrock values. You will inspire, motivate, and set critical goals for your team to help expand the depth and breadth of our footprint within the self-directed IRA industry. Success in this role requires excellent communication, professionalism, customer service, teamwork, flexibility, and time management skills. We are seeking high-potential candidates to join our team at our Waco office, located at 7901 Woodway Dr.

    WHAT WILL YOU DO?

    Key highlights include:

    • Oversight and development of the Relationship Management team to ensure the team is nurturing and growing key relationships, while defining the key performance metrics for delivering an exceptional client experience at each touch point
    • Successfully foster and implement scalable solution-focused services and resources to effectively engage and retain business providers throughout the relationship life cycle
    • Collaborate with the internal team regularly to ensure business provider/client satisfaction goals are met and carry through to our net promoter scores
    • Support our sales and processing efforts through strong communication with our Onboarding, Business Development, Marketing and Processing teams
    • Plan, organize, and conduct meetings and present to stakeholders related to team and individual relationship management strategies and initiatives
    • Continuously evaluate and identify growth opportunities and strategies to help drive internal service and operation process improvements that positively impact the client experience
    • Conduct relationship reviews and satisfaction surveys quarterly and annually, or as needed, to ensure we are meeting and exceeding client expectations and needs
    • Other duties as assigned and/or taken on

    AM I THE RIGHT FIT?

    The ideal candidate is an experienced leader in relationship management who possesses:

    • Bachelor’s degree required, and 10 plus years of relationship management experience, preferably in the financial services industry, or the equivalent combination of education and experience which demonstrates the knowledge, skills and abilities to perform the job duties of this position
    • Highly developed sense of integrity, optimism, self-motivation, proactiveness, and results-drivenness
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills and analytical capabilities
    • Solid organizational and time management skills
    • Excellent computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office Suite– Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
    • Demonstrated ability to take initiative and contribute to the team’s success
    • Knowledge of investments or experience with investment processing is a plus, particularly if it includes alternative assets
