YOUR LIFE AS A CONSTRUCTION MANAGER - SUPERINTENDENT
As a Construction Manager - Superintendent, you manage projects worth up to $500,000. Daily, you guide the progress of your team while minimizing risks and issues. With your excellent communication skills, you provide regular updates and status reports to customers and our management team. Using your organization skills, you track all project documentation, expenses, invoices, and internal labor usage. You also hire subcontractors and manage those relationships. As you plan for future business opportunities, you create estimates and bids.
