Facilities Manager
The Facilities Manager is responsible for overseeing 3 locations (Henderson, Dacono and Greeley) and coordinating the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, ensuring efficient management of resources, timely distribution, and compliance with safety and regulatory standards. This role involves supervising a team, managing inventory, and implementing best practices to optimize warehouse efficiency. The manager ensures seamless coordination of storage and shipping functions, as well as overseeing additional activities such as quality inspections, equipment maintenance, facility upkeep, and warehouse sanitation.

- Addresses any quality concerns promptly and implements corrective actions.
- Provides training to warehouse staff on safety procedures, inventory management, and other relevant topics.
- Fosters a culture of continuous learning and skill development within the team.
- Prepares and presents reports on warehouse performance, inventory levels, and any relevant metrics.
- Directs and optimizes the receiving, warehousing, and distribution processes to ensure timely and accurate handling of materials, equipment, and supplies.
- Oversees quality inspection procedures to maintain high standards in inventory management and shipment accuracy.
- Manages all aspects of facilities, including equipment maintenance, sanitation, and general upkeep.
- Takes charge of all grounds maintenance activities, ensuring a clean, safe, and well-organized exterior environment.
- Maintains standards of health and safety in compliance with company’s policies and core values.
- Liaises with clients, suppliers and transport companies.
- Adheres to all warehousing, handling and shipping regulation requirements.
- Prepares documents, reports, or job aids related to work, equipment, and safety.
- Develops strategies for emergency and disaster mitigation and response.
- Strategically manages projects while overseeing detailed financial planning and budgetary controls.
- Other duties as assigned.

What is Required?
- High school Diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in warehouse management, preferably in a utilities or similar industry.
- Must be willing to travel to different locations on a weekly basis.
- Pass Pre-Employment DOT drug screen and background check.
- Must be able to stand or walk for long periods with repeated lifting (Up to 50 lbs.), kneeling, crawling, climbing and reaching.
- Must be able to work in loud work environments.
- Must be able to work in extreme cold and warm outdoor temperatures.
- Minimum of 4 years of grounds and maintenance experience.
- Forklift certified.
- CDL -A recommended.
- Valid Colorado Driver’s license required.
- Knowledge of safety regulations, quality control, and inventory management.
- Familiarity with relevant software and systems for inventory tracking and management, specifically ToolWatch.
