Construction Manager jobs in Charleston, WV

We are looking for a motivated individual who is a self-starter and driven to accomplish a wide range of responsibilities within a new and growing company. Travel throughout the state of West Virginia with occasional overnight stays will be required.

Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Execute on-boarding procedures and control new hire packets for new hires.
• Communicate with Union representatives on pay scales and job personnel needs.
• Review and submit weekly timecards for field personnel.
• Asset and material acquisitions for electrical projects.
• Review project schedules and provide weekly updates.
• Identify constructability issues and report them.
• Establish risk factors, then manage and mitigate them to ensure the construction goes on smoothly.

Requirements for this position:

• OSHA 10 (OSHA 30 a plus)
• Journeyman electricians license (Masters license a plus)
• The ability to pass a drug screen and background check
