The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the entire process from the initial design and planning phase to the completion of the project. Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the entire project team to ensure successful completion of all phases of the project.
• Oversee scheduling and completion of construction; estimate costs and materials.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to meet the project's schedule and budget.
• Be organized and detail-oriented.
• Be able to motivate others; work long hours; use strong communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
