Liberty Construction is a local and Veteran owned construction company that has been in operation for over six years. We specialize in exterior construction with Roofing, Siding, Stucco, Windows, and Doors. Our goal is to provide the best customer service, experience, and workmanship possible. We need a reliable Production Assistant to join our team to do this!

Position: Production Assistant

This position will require driving a company vehicle, coordinating materials, completing punch list items, and minor repairs. We are looking for someone with an interest in construction and the ability to safely operate and learn.

Monday - Friday / 8HR shift, overtime available at times.

Responsibilities

• Work with the Prroject Managers to complete projects.
• Driving and maintaining a company vehicle, during work hours.
• Working with small and large construction tools, such as saws and nail guns.
• Work independently on projects.
• Completing punch list items on projects.
• Performe small repairs on the exterior of buildings.
• Keeping shop tools/materials clean and organized.

Requirements

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Motivated, reliable, hard-working, and a good team player.
• Must have reliable transportation to work.
• Must have a valid Drivers License, be able to operate a company vehicle, and must be able to be insured on our company insurance policy.
• Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs.
• Must be able to access and work on ladders safely.
• Must be able to operate cutting tools, pneumatic and electric tools.
• Must have a good understanding of basic math and utilize a tape measure and speed square.
