Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support and ensure efficient operation in our office environment.

Responsibilities:
- Perform general office tasks such as answering phones, responding to emails, and managing mail
- Assist in organizing and scheduling appointments
- Maintain office filing and storage systems
- Coordinate meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements
- Assist with project coordination and tracking deadlines
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors
- Manage calendars and schedule appointments
- Handle order entries and maintain inventory records

Skills:
The ideal candidate should possess the following skills:
- Experience as an administrative assistant or receptionist within a Construction setting is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Proficiency in calendar management and scheduling.
- Familiarity with MS Word, Excel, invoicing, email, research, and building department platforms.
- Front desk experience with excellent customer service skills
