Job Summary:
We are seeking a Construction Assistant to join our team. The Construction Assistant will provide administrative support to our construction department and assist with various tasks to ensure smooth operations. Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support to the construction department
- Assist with organizing and maintaining project files, documents, and records
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for construction team members
- Prepare and distribute project-related correspondence, reports, and other documents
- Assist with order entry and inventory management
- Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate team members
- Perform basic clerical tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry
- Assist with office management duties as needed

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an office or administrative role preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) or similar software
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of construction is a plus
