4) Collecting "Release of liability" forms from employees.
5) File management; follow up on all open claims till the adjuster/owner have agreed to release payment.
6) Working with adjusters from start of job to payment of job.
a) Get homeowner signatures as needed.
b) Get "Work authorization and Direct Payment Request" signed and filed.
7) Exceptional Filing; Confirm labels are up to date, examine label and confirm data in file.
8) Organization; Keeping a spreadsheet of job name, insurance info, dates of interactions, dates checks are issued, other info.
9) Research; various project needs, find materials, source vendors for projects.
10) Assisting with Project management job books, ensuring the staff does job books and photos on every job as job is completed.
• Email owner, GM, and ops manager of all daily tasks and client conversations.
• Update CRM with all conversations with clients in notes
