About the Job

The Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing a wide range of clerical and administrative support.

Core Responsibilities / Duties:

• Greets and assists clients, visitors, and guests, discerning their needs and guiding them to the appropriate company resources.
• Manages incoming calls with professionalism, screens for relevance, and directs to staff, taking messages and arranging appointments as needed.
• Performs administrative and executive support duties.
• Organizes and facilitates office communication, procedures, and logistics, including technology setup for employees, coordination of company travel, meetings and events, document handling and errands.
• Handles mail and delivery processing, ensuring accurate distribution and dispatch of correspondence and packages.
• Maintains and updates filing systems and records, ensuring information is stored systematically and is readily accessible.
• Manages office supplies inventory and coordinates the maintenance of office equipment.
• Ensures the office environment, including the kitchen and bathroom area, is well-maintained, stocked, and presents a welcoming atmosphere.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Necessary Experience & Qualifications:

Work Environment/Physical Demands:

• Primarily situated in an office environment, requiring prolonged periods of sitting, significant computer use, and effective navigation of office software and communication tools.
• Ability to lift and move materials up to 25lbs., with or without reasonable accommodation.
