Construction Representative Assistant jobs in Philadelphia, PA

A-1 Construction is offering an exciting opportunity for an administrative assistant to join our well established and growing general contracting company. We are looking for someone with construction or trades office experience to assist the President/CEO, and provide general administrative support to the team. Requires a flexible team player who appreciates and can manage a fast-paced environment.

What we expect you to bring to A-1 Construction:

• Outstanding organizational and communication skills with a high level of attention to detail.
• Excellent transcription and typing skills to handle the President’s emails and other daily correspondence.
• Strong computer/internet skills, including calendar management, live and virtual meeting coordination, oversight of social media accounts, and marketing research.
• Experience in maintaining office supplies and equipment.
• Fluency in construction terminology.
• A can-do, whatever-it-takes attitude!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
