Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer support by answering phone calls, responding to emails, and assisting visitors.
- Manage office tasks such as scheduling appointments, updating customer records, and filing town permits.
- Proofread and type various documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
- Front desk duties including greeting visitors, managing inquiries, and directing individuals to the appropriate personnel.
- Perform clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and organizing office supplies.
- Accurately enter data for processing by other teams
- Manage calendars by scheduling appointments, meetings, and events efficiently.
- Providing support to the office manager in a variety of tasks
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a office or similar setting is preferred.
- Proficient in proofreading and typing to maintain high-quality documentation.
- Experience in front desk operations is a plus.
- Ability to coordinate projects effectively and prioritize tasks accordingly.
- Strong skills in calendar management to schedule appointments efficiently.
- Excellent transcription abilities to accurately document important information.
