Kuepers Business Group is looking for the right team member to wear multiple hats! We are looking for a competent Administrative Assistant/Receptionist to help with the organization and running of the daily administrative operations of the company. The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional able to undertake a variety of office support tasks and work diligently under pressure. This person will be comfortable working with a high degree of attention to detail and discretion.

Candidates must be reliable, detail-oriented, organized, computer savvy, able to multitask, have a great attitude, work well with others, and work well under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming calls and other communications.
• Greet clients and maintain a professional appearance and mannerism.
• Provide administrative and clerical support to the business group as needed.
• Assist in Accounting tasks as needed.
• Maintain insurance and lien waivers.
• Organize and maintain office files and supplies.
• Assist in processing applications for leasing.
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail.
• Organize office and assist associates in ways that optimize procedures.
• Other duties may be assigned.

Qualifications

· A minimum of 2 years of administrative experience

· Ability to handle confidential information.

· Must be highly organized, pay close attention to detail, and proactively follow up.

· Ability to manage workload in a fast-paced and high-intensity work environment.

· Must have strong communication, interpersonal, time management, and problem- solving skills.

· Ability to multi-task.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $22.00 per hour
