Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. As an Office Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing excellent customer service to our clients. This is a part-time position with opportunities for growth and advancement.

Duties:

- Greet visitors and clients in a friendly and professional manner

- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate staff members

- Schedule appointments and manage the office calendar

- Assist with filing, organizing, and maintaining office documents and records

- Provide administrative support to staff members as needed

- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages

- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, such as invoicing and data entry

- Maintain inventory of office supplies and place orders when necessary

- Assist with special projects or events as assigned

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a front desk or office assistant role preferred

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

- Excellent phone etiquette and customer support skills

- Proficient computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office Suite

- Familiarity with phone systems and other office equipment

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all work tasks

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
