Primary Responsibilities- Provides exceptional, knowledgeable customer service and technical support.
- Assists the sales and operations team.
- Follows policies, procedures, and safety procedures.
- Research, learn, and maintain product information.
Skills- Excellent communication skills including phone etiquette.
- Proven customer support experience.
- Ability to write, read business correspondence, English language.
- Ability to research, analyze.
- Ability to calculate figures, amounts.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft office tools.
- Construction industry and/or building material products knowledge/experience highly desired.
- Bi-lingual, Spanish and English, highly preferred.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and practices (Infor SX.E) welcomed.
