SUPERINTENDENT:

Highly motivated individualsMin. 5 yrs. Exp. Multi-Family, Affordable Apartment, Private/Public/Residential Housing Projects. scheduling, coordinating, and supervising trade crafts on the construction site. The Project Superintendent must be organized and systematic towards the work; have a thorough and deep knowledge about construction methods and activities and all related functions; be an excellent communicator, possessing both verbal and written skills, as well as interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain good relationships with the crew & safety. PROJECT: 92 & 140 Bronson Rd., Fairfield, CT 06890. New Construction of one (1) 4-story building. 91 residential apartment units with ground parking. Includes all site, architectural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, fire alarm and structural work required for a complete project and certificate of occupancy.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
