Job Duties:

1. Prospecting: Identify and target residential areas with potential roofing needs through door-to-door canvassing.

2. Lead Generation: Generate high-quality leads by engaging with homeowners, understanding their roofing concerns, and effectively communicating the benefits of our services.

3. Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the company’s roofing products and services to articulate their features and advantages persuasively.

4. Customer Consultation: Conduct on-site assessments and consultations to evaluate roofing requirements, provide accurate estimates, and recommend appropriate solutions.

5. Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling and informative presentations to potential customers, highlighting the company’s expertise, quality of work, and competitive pricing.

6. Relationship Building: Cultivate positive relationships with homeowners by addressing questions, concerns, and objections in a professional and customer-centric manner.

7. Quota Achievement: Meet or exceed sales targets by effectively closing deals and converting leads into satisfied customers.

8. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of leads, sales activities, and customer interactions using CRM tools.

9. Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics to position the company effectively.

10. Customer Follow-Up: Facilitate post-sales communication, ensuring customer satisfaction and addressing any post-installation concerns.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in door-to-door sales, preferably in the roofing or construction industry.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.

• Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

• Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
