4. Customer Consultation: Conduct on-site assessments and consultations to evaluate roofing requirements, provide accurate estimates, and recommend appropriate solutions.
5. Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling and informative presentations to potential customers, highlighting the company’s expertise, quality of work, and competitive pricing.
6. Relationship Building: Cultivate positive relationships with homeowners by addressing questions, concerns, and objections in a professional and customer-centric manner.
7. Quota Achievement: Meet or exceed sales targets by effectively closing deals and converting leads into satisfied customers.
8. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of leads, sales activities, and customer interactions using CRM tools.
9. Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics to position the company effectively.
10. Customer Follow-Up: Facilitate post-sales communication, ensuring customer satisfaction and addressing any post-installation concerns.
