Responsibilities
1. Meet with clients to find out what they envision for the design of pavers, roof, or gutters.
2. Use expertise to build a plan for the customer.
3. Take measurements to get a baseline for the project .
4. Create and sell a design that will exceed client expectations .
5. Coordinate with teammates & Sales Manager throughout
6. Organize and communicate with clients, and all involved
7. Maintain a complete understanding of customer needs and monitor their preferences.
8. Utilize networking opportunities, current contacts, door knocking, or creative thinking to generate leads.
9. Analyze problematic situations and provide solutions.
10. Write the contract and answer related questions.
11. Set sales goals, create a sales plan to build the business.
12. Able to abide by all safety requirements.
13. Perform all functions according to established policies, procedures, regulatory and accreditation requirements, as well as applicable professional standards to provide all internal/external customers with excellent service experiences at all times.
