Requirements

• Services customers by learning their equipment needs and offering resolutions for their concrete placement needs.
• Build long lasting relationships with customers.
• Assess potential customer needs, present services and develop new customers.
• Work with Business Development to track projects and customer leads.
• Complete all required paperwork accurately and neatly.
• After hours events and entertainment. 
• Adhere to all company policies and standards including but not limited to environmental and regulatory, human resources, facility, equipment, and operations.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
• Must have proficient computer skills to include email, Word and Excel; CRM experience is a plus, specifically Salesforce. Candidates should have strong time management and organizational skills. Excellent troubleshooting and follow thru skills. Customer service excellence and a teamwork attitude.
