No cold calling required: At Integrity, we do the hunting for you. Every day you will be handed pre-scheduled, pre-qualified appointments. These leads come from our marketing department, then go through a scrubbing process to make sure it's a qualified customer. All you have to do from there is follow a ten step selling process to convert the lead into a sale.

Work-Life Balance: Work a Monday to Friday schedule with your weekends off. We also offer a four day work week with three day weekends for those who would rather work that shift. This is a sales job where you do not have to work 12 hour days.

Income/Growth: This is a six figure income with the incentive of uncapped commissions with the security of a weekly paycheck. If leadership is in your mind, we promote from within. When we have the right person, we add a new product line or location to accommodate the growth.
