STRAIGHT LINE CONSTRUCTION is looking to add a full-time OUTSIDE CONSTRUCTION EXPERTISE PROJECT MANAGER (sales representative) with experience in ROOFING, GUTTERS, SIDING AND/OR CONSTRUCTION to our talented team!! RANKED TOP 5 ROOFING CONTRACTOR IN CALIFORNIA AND IN THE TOP 100 IN THE USA!!!

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL:

• Have more than 10 years’ experience in decking, gutters, siding and/or roofing to identify issues with residential remodel projects and offer strategic planning, expert opinions and solutions, budgeting and project management to our customers.
• Be able to work on rooftops for construction estimating, blueprint reading and analysis, quality assurance, and safety inspections.
• Present a polished and professional appearance with customer relations experience, negotiation skills, scheduling tasks and milestones, and project set-up.
• Be able to exercise dependability for estimates, meetings, coordination of materials purchases, obtaining permits, and returning phone calls and correspondence promptly.
• Be proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and office machinery.
• Have a valid Driver’s License, with good driving record and no DUIs.
• Pass Observed Drug Testing to California standards.

THIS POSITION INVOLVES significant local traveling to examine residential building conditions, providing technical recommendations, preparing estimates and persuasively delivering proposals to our current and potential customers using Straight Line’s sales system. The sales position is also responsible for setting reasonable expectations with customers and remaining in contact with them from initial time of estimate to completion of project.
