Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team. As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and building strong relationships with clients. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working independently and has a passion for sales.

Duties:
- Identify and target potential customers in the assigned market
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals
- Negotiate pricing and terms of agreements to close sales
- Collaborate with the internal team to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery of products or services
- Provide ongoing account management to existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and identifying upsell opportunities
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors to effectively position our products in the market
- Utilize Salesforce or other CRM software to track sales activities, update customer information, and generate reports

Requirements:
- Proven experience in outside sales or a related field
- Strong business development skills with the ability to identify new opportunities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with clients
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently
- Technical sales experience is a plus
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus
