As a Construction Sales Representative, you will be responsible for building relationships with current and potential customers, breaking into new markets, researching new growth opportunities, developing project scopes, and supporting the architects, engineers, and contractors within the organization. This is a professional and technical position for an individual who has experience in selling, communicating, and working with contractors, agencies, and related construction professionals in the Northeastern U.S. market. The ideal candidate will be creative, self-motivated, results driven and a strategic thinker.

Responsibilities:
Increase sales by developing new relationships and penetrating new markets for formliners and CNC milling services
Work with existing customers to understand future needs for our products and services
Review contract plans to develop scope sheets that will be used for quote generation
Develop accurate and timely quotations
Work aggressively to turn every quote into a sale
Provide technical assistance and conduct technical presentations as needed to architects, engineers, and contractors
Requirements
Bachelor degree in a technical field preferred
5 years construction sales experience required
5 years construction estimating experience required
Strong mechanical and technical aptitude
Outstanding attention to detail
Outgoing personality and excellent communication skills
Computer proficiency required, project mgmt. experience preferred
Experience in Salesforce and Dodge Construction Network preferred

*Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
The salary range for this position is $100,000 - $110,000.
Final salary is competitive and commensurate with experience.
