Haskells Hardware LLC is looking for a competitive, passionate, and goal-oriented construction sales teammate to join our fast-growing company at our Landis, NC location.
In this role, you'll be tasked with quickly and aggressively building a sales pipeline and working with a high-performance team.
As a construction sales representative, you are responsible for generating new residential business accounts and maintaining current accounts by working with national builders and customers in the local market.
Responsibilities
-Maintain responsibility of all sales activities within an assigned territory.
-Strive to achieve the highest levels of customer satisfaction with all customer interactions
-Lead generation thru identifying customers, sales calls, and account follow up
-Cultivate existing relationships and establish new relationships to increase presence in the market
-Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, education, information, and guidance
-Make sales calls, appointments, and site visits
-Provide contractors, builders and customers with sales quotes, negotiates pricing, applicable submittals and secures terms of sale
-Follow up with clients and take appropriate action to ensure complete customer satisfaction with products and services provided
-Follow up with customers to secure contracts, change orders, and work orders negotiated and approved.
-Responsible for being thoroughly knowledgeable about vendor products, pricing and availability and monitoring market trends and practices
-Help the accounting department follow up on receivables
