Construction Representative, Sr. jobs in Temple, TX

WRI, an Ag and construction equipment sales and service company located in Bryan, Texas, is seeking an experienced Outside Sales Representative to join our growing organization. We sell products such as Takeuchi(Skid Steers, Excavators and Wheel Loaders), Massey Ferguson, Hesston, Fendt, Sunflower and Challenger, as well as Kawasaki Mules, Exmark Zero Turn mowers, Arcusin bundlers, Woods, Modern and Bush Hog equipment.

The Outside Sales Representative reports to the Branch Manager and is responsible for generating new revenue in retail construction equipment sales with existing customers as well as identifying and winning new business within assigned territory.

The pay structure for the Outside Sales Representative includes a base salary paid weekly plus commission.

Responsibilities:

• Generate sales in assigned territory
• Generate new accounts, develop and maintain current accounts
• Territory management, cold calling & client visits
• Extensive product knowledge of construction equipment
• Prepare sales presentations and quotes for customers

Required Skills:

• 3-5 years sales experience in outside Equipment Sales required
• Previous experience working in the Equipment industries preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient computer skills including MS Office Suite
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Professional business appearance and demeanor
• People-oriented, self-motivated, sales driven, team player
• Must have reliable transportation and be willing to use personal vehicle for business purposes
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be 21 years of age

Pay: $40,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
