Construction Representative, Sr. jobs in Troy, MI

Are you a motivated individual with a passion for sales and construction? We're seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to join our construction company team!

Responsibilities:

• Generate leads and prospect potential clients in the construction industry as well as the kitchen and bath industry.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, designers, decorators, architects, and contractors.
• Present and promote our construction services and cabinets to prospective clients.
• Collaborate with the project management team to ensure client needs are met.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the construction industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to understand and articulate technical information about construction projects.
• Self-motivated with a drive to succeed and exceed sales goals.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $62,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
