Consultant - Education jobs in Lowell, MA

We are looking for a new driving instructor, primarily to conduct on-the-road instruction weekdays after school. Additional hours may be available earlier on weekdays, on weekends, or during school vacations. Classroom instruction hours may also be available if interested.

Requirements:

• Massachusetts Professional Driving Instructor (PDI) status through the Massachusetts RMV. Candidates who do not already possess PDI status may train with CCACE for free; employment is contingent upon PDI certification. Duties:

• Recordkeeping for tracking all aspects of each student's driver education training
• Communicating and reporting to students, parents, school management personnel, and the RMV
• Creating an environment conducive to learning whether in the car or in the classroom
• Providing helpful feedback to students regarding their learning and driving skills
• Maintaining impeccable safety standards at all times.

The successful candidate will:

• Have some experience teaching or working with teenagers
• Be available for at least 3 after school lessons per week

Expected hours: 6 – 18 per week
