Description

This detail oriented Team Member ensures the Credit Union's security interest is protected on titles, UCC's, and other security instruments related to our members' collateral.

The main responsibilities of a successful Consumer Title Specialist are to:

• Review and process all documentation necessary to perfect the lien
• Ensure all documentation is accurate and complete, within a timely manner
• Communicate with Members, DMV, Dealerships and other third parties, to resolve any title issues
• Maintain a high level of member service and professionalism
• Stay up-to-date with state and federal regulations related to consumer title processing

Minimum Qualifications:

1. High School diploma or GED equivalent

2. Past experience in positions that require attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications:

1. An Associate degree or higher from an accredited college/university

2. Prior experience in loan administration, minimum 1 year

3. Prior experience working in a financial environment, minimum 1 year

4. Experience with Google Applications: Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Calendar, Dealertrack
