Consumer Credit Manager supervises underwriting operations and oversees the loan application review process to determine loan eligibility and terms. Coordinates the day-to-day activities of the underwriting team to ensure that loan screening is conducted timely, accurately, and in compliance with all regulations. Being a Consumer Credit Manager provides loan options or product recommendations based on qualifications and keeps the team updated and informed of new products, regulations, or product changes. Assists customers through the loan process by researching and answering complex or unique customer inquiries, clarifying details, and coordinating with internal parties. The Consumer Insights Manager is a role central to one of our core pillars, Gaining and Utilizing an Obsessive Understanding of our Consumers, and leveraging consumer insights to influence our brand strategies and activations. He/she will serve as a key influencer of driving action-oriented research and generating insights that help drive the business forward.
The Consumer Insights Manager position will report into the Director of Consumer Insights to help support various research and business needs. You will work closely and collaborate with marketing and other departments as appropriate to understand their challenges and priorities. This individual should be comfortable working with and synthesizing various types of data (secondary and primary) and presenting their findings to the team.
The successful candidate will be a self-starter who is comfortable with ambiguity and able to manage through change , open to learning and trying new research techniques, and thrives working in a fast-paced environment.
