Consumer Credit Manager supervises underwriting operations and oversees the loan application review process to determine loan eligibility and terms. Coordinates the day-to-day activities of the underwriting team to ensure that loan screening is conducted timely, accurately, and in compliance with all regulations. Being a Consumer Credit Manager provides loan options or product recommendations based on qualifications and keeps the team updated and informed of new products, regulations, or product changes. Assists customers through the loan process by researching and answering complex or unique customer inquiries, clarifying details, and coordinating with internal parties. Additionally, Consumer Credit Manager requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Consumer Credit Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Consumer Credit Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required.     The Role:



    The Procurement Manager is responsible for ensuring the supply, cost, quality, and service of a group of materials in his/her portfolio. As well as implementing the strategies developed with the Global Category Managers. This person will identify and resolve all purchasing related issues for the materials/suppliers associated with the category/division. And will be responsible for price and price forecast management, and also work with related stakeholders to resolve critical service/quality issues associated with his/her portfolio.

    The Procurement Manager must have a clear understanding of the market drivers influencing the dynamics of his/her sourcing geographies. This person will lead all FTG initiatives related to their portfolio, align with Network Operations and Technology on New Product Development and must be adept at the use of supply chain tools (SMI, ESM Audits, CLM - Risk Management etc.).

     
    What you will do

        Accountable for the Purchasing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and working with the local Supply Chain team
        Carries out effective negotiations for specific local raw and packaging materials
        Implements and monitors the Purchasing budget for the specific materials of responsibility
        Responsible for Cost of Sales preparation with Division Procurement Manager
        Accountable for optimizing raw and packing material inventories against Customer Service and working capital targets
        Interfaces with suppliers' sales, technical and other functional groups as well as the company's Supply Chain, Technology, Marketing and Finance functions to enforce Purchasing policies, resolve issues, align service and financial strategies
        Leads continuous improvement programs with suppliers (i.e., Supplier Certification, Continuous Improvement Teams, etc.)
        Leverages SAP in day-to-day function, including entering prices into the system (where responsible)
        Ensures the highest level of Customer Service is provided to our Customers through the development and maintenance of order replenishment best practices
        Executes efforts in using new "e-tools" (auctions, CLM, ESM, FTG Database etc.) to help drive Funding the Growth, simplification and standardization programs
        Leads implementation of SMI with appropriate suppliers
        Together with New Product launch teams, ensures new products are executed optimally at the local plant
        Contributes to local Funding the Growth Programs
        Continues to improve oneself by way of training, information sharing, coaching and feedback, appraisals, delegation and implementing best practices
        Participates in external industry forums on an as needed basis (e.g, SDA / ACI or external Purchasing organizations) and internal procurement alignment meetings
        Develops documented understanding of market structure and drivers for his/her materials, with risk management overview, and identifies opportunities and threats for the future.
        Interact with suppliers and plant to prevent/tackle possible quality issues and also drive continuous improvement initiatives including FTG programs
        Develops new suppliers for Raw and Packaging materials



    Requirements

     Bachelor's Degree in a technical or business field, or comparable discipline
        Minimum 7 years of Procurement or Supply Chain experience with Bachelor’s degree or minimum 5 years of experience with graduate degree (depending on plant complexity)

     
    Preferred Qualifications

        An advanced degree (MBA) or professional certification (CPM or CPSM) is desirable.
        SAP experience is an advantage
