Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Branch Supervisor to join our team. As a Branch Supervisor, you will oversee the daily operations of our branch, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery to our members. You will be responsible for managing a team of employees, maintaining compliance with regulations, and driving business growth.

Duties:
- Supervise and lead a team of branch employees, providing guidance, coaching, and support
- Ensure excellent member service by resolving member inquiries and complaints in a timely manner
- Manage branch operations, including cash handling, loan origination, underwriting, and cash management
- Develop and maintain relationships with members to promote financial sales and meet branch goals
- Monitor branch performance metrics and implement strategies to achieve targets
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, including TILA and Fair Housing regulations
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve overall branch efficiency
- Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy of transactions and adherence to policies and procedures
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement

Qualifications:
- 3-5 years banking and/or lending experience
- 3 years supervisor or managerial experience in a financial institution
- Strong knowledge of cash handling procedures, underwriting principles, loan origination processes, and cash management techniques
- Excellent understanding of financial sales strategies and relationship management techniques
- Familiarity with TILA regulations and Fair Housing laws
- Demonstrated ability to effectively manage a team and drive performance
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical abilities
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
