- Excellent understanding of financial sales strategies and relationship management techniques
- Familiarity with TILA regulations and Fair Housing laws
- Demonstrated ability to effectively manage a team and drive performance
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical abilities
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
