Curion is seeking a Part Time Consumer Liaison who is a licensed cosmetologist, a stellar communicator, has a strong attention to detail, enjoys working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, and is a people-person.
This role will support our personal care product consumer research team by managing recruitment for studies, performing hair consultation for new panelists to determine hair type, ensuring panelists meet the required study specifications, greeting consumers upon arrival for studies, handling all inquiries, and tracking study participation.
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-person hair analysis consultations to qualify panelists for the program and ongoing studies (must be licensed to do allergy patch test)
- Perform manual study recruitment, make confirmation and reminder calls
- Perform panelist check-in/check-out; distribute & manage consent forms
- Updates participation and incentive amounts in ARCS database
- Study set up and clean up (when applicable)
- Respond to panelist inquiries in a timely manner, accurately and professionally
- Product application when needed (must be licensed to do this function)
- Any other tasks and projects as assigned by management

Experience
- Licensed cosmetologist
- Post-secondary education or the equivalent of related job experience.
- 2 year(s) of prior reception/administrative experience.
- Experience in consumer research is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
- Knowledge of ARCS panel management software is a plus
