• Proactively coaching, motivating, and leading relationship center activities with an innovative mindset to create and cultivate partnerships with Northern CUSO’s, Lending, Marketing, Facilities, KLT and other Northern Teams;
• Ensuring that Member Relations internal owners are highly motivated, trained and knowledgeable of all Member Relations policies and procedures. Communicating changes of policies, procedures, and practices to assigned teams to ensure team members are appropriately trained and kept up to date with appropriate changes;
• Partners with Member Relationship Manager to proactively grow overall relationship center awareness and market share by participating in, but not limited to: community events, business after hours, educational seminars, member appreciation events, etc;
• Assists the Member Relationship Manager with planning and leading the overall direction and performance of the relationship center, ensuring relationship center goals and objectives are established and monitored, consistency of operational processes, procedures, and regulatory policies; and regularly reporting on relationship center performance.
• Consistently engages in recommendations, research, and implementation of enhancements to further promote the Credit Union Culture and Standard of Excellence for Member Service using Northern’s multiple delivery channels; and
• Some Telecommuting may be required.
