Coordinates the day-to-day activities of the underwriting team to ensure that loan screening is conducted timely, accurately, and in compliance with all regulations. Being a Consumer Credit Supervisor provides loan options or product recommendations based on qualifications and keeps the team updated and informed of new products, regulations, or product changes. Assists customers through the loan process by researching and answering complex or unique customer inquiries, clarifying details, and coordinating with internal parties. Additionally, Consumer Credit Supervisor requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. A Day in the Life of a Contact Center Agent
ABCO Contact Center Agents provide support to the membership in many areas. Examples of some of the care that you will provide are; Electronic Services - such as assisting with the set up of on-line banking, mobile banking, and electronic deposits. Inquiry Services - such as transaction inquiries, payroll deposits and loan inquiries, and Welcome New Membership and clarify membership benefits. As the voice of the credit union, Contact Center Agents are always pleasant, timely, accurate, and efficient when interacting with the membership. Contact Center Agents are committed to providing exceptional service. A professional friendly voice and demeanor is an essential requirement to building a positive telephonic environment for the members. You may also be required to interact via email and postal mail with members as well as positively work together with credit union personnel. Superior verbal and written communication skills are required.

This Full Time position is approximately 35 to 40 hours per week. Rotating Saturdays required. Flexibility is a must!
Our Contact Center hours are : Monday through Friday: 8:45 a.m. to 5:15 p.m.
Our Saturday hours are: 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
