Position Summary
With all tools and training provided, technicians performs basic unit "repair" consisting of the swapping of basic components (casings, control panels, etc.) from disfunctional units to increase recovery; requires the use of basic hand/power tools; typically operates on the line or in a technicians department with direct and constant supervision. Technicians should be naturally curious, detail-oriented, and able to follow instructions. They must be able to read and interpret manuals and utilize video-based resources to determine failures and root causes.
