Job Summary: Are you friendly and able to work in a fast-paced environment? The Hotel Night Auditor attends to guests’ needs, included, but not limited to, registration, checkout, and cashiering. This position will be a swing shift, split between 2nd and 3rd shift. 2nd shifts will include regular front desk responsibilities, while 3rd shifts will include processing all end of day paperwork.Benefits

Responsibilities- Review all guaranteed arrivals and verify that all credit cards are valid by running numbers that are not already in house
- Explain and provide any promotional items to each guest checking in
- Responds promptly to any guest inquiries or complaints and offer an alternate solution if guest demand cannot be met
- Cover other areas of hotel as needed
- Document any guest accidents by completing the accident report form
- Complete the maintenance log whenever a complaint is reported
- Maintain all areas of the front desk
- Take the initiative to greet guests in a friendly and warm manner
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications- High School diploma/GED required
- Previous experience in hospitality preferred
- Customer service experience required
- Experience handling cash, credit card procedures, and use math concepts
- Attention to detail and organized
