We are seeking an experienced Wholesale Mortgage Loan Set Up Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mortgage lending operations, specifically in wholesale mortgage loan set up, and proficiency in Encompass, and strong communication skills with our broker partners.

Responsibilities:

• Review incoming mortgage loan submissions from wholesale partners.
• Ensure all required documentation and information are accurate and complete for loan processing.
• Input loan data accurately into Encompass software, adhering to company and regulatory guidelines.
• - Collaborate with underwriters and loan officers to resolve any discrepancies or missing information.
• - Communicate effectively with wholesale partners to obtain necessary documentation and resolve issues.
• - Conduct quality control checks to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations and guidelines.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in mortgage lending operations, with a focus on wholesale mortgage loan set up.
• Proficiency in Encompass software is required.
• Strong understanding of mortgage lending processes, regulations, and guidelines.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
