Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Mortgage Loan Originator to join our team. As a Mortgage Loan Originator, you will be responsible for assisting clients in securing mortgage loans and guiding them through the loan application process. Your expertise in financial services and knowledge of mortgage regulations will be essential in providing exceptional service to our clients.

Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to assess their mortgage needs and provide guidance on loan options
- Collect and review financial documents from clients to determine their eligibility for loans
- Evaluate loan applications, including credit history, income verification, and debt-to-income ratios
- Present loan options to clients and assist them in selecting the most suitable mortgage product
- Guide clients through the loan application process, ensuring all necessary documentation is obtained and submitted accurately and timely
- Collaborate with underwriters and loan processors to facilitate a smooth loan approval process
- Stay up-to-date with industry regulations, including Fair Housing regulations, TILA, and FNMA guidelines
- Negotiate terms and conditions of loans with clients, ensuring compliance with lending policies
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the loan origination process
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and loan progress

Skills:
- Strong knowledge of mortgage lending practices, including loan processing, underwriting, and mortgage servicing
- Proficient in 10-key typing and math calculations to accurately assess financial information
- Familiarity with Fair Housing regulations and other applicable laws governing mortgage lending
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients and internal stakeholders
- Ability to analyze financial data and make informed decisions based on lending guidelines
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple loan applications simultaneously
- Proven ability to negotiate terms and conditions of loans with clients

Pay: $70,141.78 - $300,000.00 per year
