The Consumer Engagement Area Manager contributes to the implementation of the channel strategy by achieving conversion goals, increasing market share with quantitative and qualitative KPIs, and forming a positive perception of the smoke\-free products\. **What you’ll do:** Plan team activities, scope, and targets for territory; Control field activities execution vs targets, guidelines, benchmarks, platform development plans, results, and document Accountable for KPIs, metrics, and ensure Consumer Engagement Supervisor and Consumer Engagement Experts plans are executed Prioritize deployment activities for team at all stages and ensure their completion Build and maintain strong relationships with B2B field force leadership Summarize monthly results of key performance indicators from field team and analyze team effectiveness; Assist in creation of action plans to increase efficiency of Consumer Engagement Supervisors and Consumer Engagement Experts Comply with all local regulations; Ensures compliance with all local and regulatory requirements and guidelines; Ensures all procedures and processes are communicated and executed consistently by field team; Monitor compliance with safety regulations during work shifts Facilitate on\-the\-job field training for Consumer Engagement Supervisors as needed and meet regularly for a feedback loop of Consumer Engagement Expert field activities Collect and share consumer sentiment, field feedback, and proactively escalate and provide potential solutions to B2B field force leadership for critical issues Evaluate Net Promoter Scores provided by legal\-age smokers and nicotine users after their interactions and create action plans around Consumer Engagement Supervisor/Consumer Engagement Expert improvement Ensure uninterrupted operation of channel controls operational processes in store; Complies and enforces the guidelines of operation for the stores Provide accurate reflection of stock and legal\-age smokers and nicotine users’ interactions in relevant reporting systems **Qualifications** **Who you are:** 3 years of experience managing Field Sales Managers 8 years of total field Sales experience Exceptional communicator who inspires and motivates team to results Proven experience in B2B2C channels focused on end consumer experience as a measure of success Creative Field Sales leader with understanding of Field Sales methodologies and strong handle on impactful approaches Strategic thinker with the ability to see the big picture Agile problem solver aimed to deliver above expectations and inspires team to do the same High sense of urgency and ambitious work ethic required to drive business outcomes Licensed driver with good driving record Bachelor’s degree preferred **Along with competitive pay, we offer a comprehensive benefits program\.
