Consumer Loan Branch Manager oversees consumer loan activity in a branch with a small to mid-sized loan portfolio. Responsible for achieving loan gain and profit objectives as well as reducing the number of delinquent loans. Being a Consumer Loan Branch Manager requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Consumer Loan Branch Manager supervises a small group of para-professional staff in an organization characterized by highly transactional or repetitive processes. Contributes to the development of processes and procedures. To be a Consumer Loan Branch Manager typically requires 3 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. Requirements:
HS Diploma/GED
Preferred:
Sales, Collections or Customer Service experience
Bilingual - Spanish
Location: On site
The schedule for this position is Monday-Friday during standard business hours, with some extended hours during the week as needed which may include Saturday.
