Position: Collection Specialist

Location: Chattanooga, TN

Duration: 4 Months

• SAP or High Radius Experience A Plus
• Collections experience in a B2B
• Manufacturing exp a Plus
• Attention to Detail.
• Microsoft Office Proficiency
• 100% Onsite with possible flexibility to work hybrid

Duties:

• Deliver credit & collections management services to the GBS Americas HUB in Chattanooga for Client entities within CHC perimeter as per their respective Service Level Agreements
• Credit control activities: Check credit availability, manage blocked sales, document the case

Collection Management services:

• Review AR ageing reports
• Perform collection & dunning
• Determine appropriate escalations & follow-up actions as per defined process
• Dispute & Claim Management – qualify and create disputes identified by Ci2C and manage dispute resolution under Ci2C responsibility
• Contribute to business and customer collection strategy reviews
• Execute in compliance with Client policies and guidelines
• Complete all activities as per the global Core Model and operational KPIs

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $20.20 - $22.00 per hour

Experience:

• Microsoft Excel: 1 year (Preferred)
• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
