QCR Holdings is looking for a Consumer Loan Boarding Specialist to join our team! The Consumer Loan Boarding Specialist works as part of a team, in a fast-paced environment, under the direction of the Loan Operations Servicing Manager. This position boards new and renewed loans with a primary focus on consumer and residential real estate loans. While operating within the Company's loan policy, procedures, and regulatory requirements this position accurately boards and services loans within the core. This position is responsible for escrow processing, including annual analysis, monitoring, tracking and the processing of insurance and real estate tax payments. The Consumer Boarding Specialists also process payments, advances, maintenance requests and update rate indices as needed and other duties as assigned.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Boards (inputs) all new consumer and residential real estate loans, renewals, and modifications for all bank entities within the holding company, utilizing automation, interfaces, and manual processes as appropriate.
• Posts payments, advances, and maintenance on all loan types, in the core processing system for all banks.
• Provides escrow services and monitoring for all escrow accounts. Performs research and monitoring related to escrow accounting and produces the annual escrow disclosure/statements. Disburses insurance and real estate tax payments from escrow accounts.
• Provides superior customer service by establishing and maintaining effective communications with all banks, departments, and team members.
• Possesses the ability to comprehend, analyze, and communicate general ledger debits and credits and the impact of entries to these accounts.
• Serves as a resource and back up for other Boarding Specialists.
• Perform various other duties as required or assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school diploma, technical certificate, or equivalent required.
• Loan Operations and/or loan servicing experience preferred. Knowledge of bank loan documentation or loan input experience is a plus.
