CashMax has an opening for a Full-time motivated Store Manger for our Longview, Texas location. The position is responsible for overall store performance, customer service, marketing and collections.
Duties include:
*Possible Travel may be required to assist other team stores in your area*
*Responsible for his/her center including meeting/exceeding all financial goals and profitability
*Responsible for the retention/soft collections of all accounts which include: sending past due notices, sending certified letters, and making phone calls on late accounts
*Responsible for developing marketing and new business through direct mailings, distributing flyers, visiting financial institutions/area businesses and referrals
*Responsible for the proper volume of calls made on a daily basis to ensure store is performing up to company delinquency standards
*Responsible for daily transactions involving: customer service, approval of the new account, bank business, closing delinquent accounts, trial balancing, filing daily Report, daily accounting sheet
*Report any problems of day-to-day operations to District Manager
*Completes all daily reports
*The Assistant Store Manager will assist in submitting daily, weekly, and monthly reports to District Manager
*Assists with the responsibility of daily Banking procedure of pickup and deposit.
*Perform other duties or instructions as assigned
*Face to face Customer Service & Building Customer Relationships
*Cash Handling
