SUMMARY:
This position is responsible for processing pension/401(k) participant distributions, loan requests, and other various types of distributions; while ensuring accuracy, timely processing, and adherence to policies and legal requirements. Enhanced customer service skills are needed to handle phone calls and written correspondence while maintaining a polite and professional demeanor.
Other duties to include:
· Utilize office machines such as copiers, printers, faxes and computers for word processing, spreadsheet creation, saving and linking documents, etc.
· Printing and mailing invoices, check, etc.
Capability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented office environment.
Excellent organizational, problem solving skills, and attention to detail. Must be self-motivated, goal oriented with an ability to multi-task.
*QUALIFICATIONS:
· Two years (minimum) administrative/professional experience which includes customer service (highly preferred in the banking/financial, legal or insurance service fields); OR one year pension administration experience.
· Proficiency in word, Excel, and Outlook.
The ability to work independently and to problem solve on your own.
