This position is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Loan Purchasing unit within the Homeownership-Single Family Loans Division. This position is responsible for hiring, training and leading the loan purchasing staff to ensure that the loan purchase activities between MSDHA and the Lender Partners are timely, accurate, and compliant when purchasing of loan files. This position will provide direction to the team to implement strategies and processes to improve efficiency and maintain quality, collaborate with other teams within the division where necessary to meet/exceed the overall experience for all stakeholders. The work requires knowledge of policies, procedures and requirements of MSHDA Homeownership programs, supervisory techniques and personnel policies.
